This toy is essentially unusable. It doesn’t stay upright so it flops over any time you try to do anything with the hair. You can’t even brush through the hair, let alone style it because it’s just a ratty mess. If I can’t even do anything with it as an adult imagine how hard it is for the ages it’s intended for.

The hair has some sort of glue in it that makes it impossible to brush. The base is so light that it doesn’t even stand up when trying to brush or style the hair. My daughter was super excited about it but after we opened it up, I was quickly disappointed. I recommend looking for a better quality styling head.

My daughter’s review- the hair is difficult to manage, lots of tangles. It is also top heavy so when it’s sitting and you’re trying to style the hair, it just falls over.
Not worth the price. Impossible to style hair, can't even comb out the knots.

Cute doll, impossible to style hair. The hair was a lot shorter, and curly, making it get extremely tangled, and not like the movie... it topples over if you put the hair in a ponytail. The hair ties that come with don't even stretch, so we had to use my daughter's.

Hair is shorter than the box depicts so it’s hard to practice on. Hair ties are useless- way too tight and small- we threw them away. Wouldn’t recommend this product or buy again. Disappointing.

It is… OK. Not the sturdiest, falls over easily. My daughter was a little disturbed about the “bald” patches. Hair ties that come with do not stretch at all and so are not possible to use. Other accessories are flimsy. Overall the whole thing is…just ok
