This bowl was a win for me! I was hesitant based on the reviews but from past experiences, I always check the product details and look at the measurements. This bowl is defiantly not large but measures according to the given dimensions. So I would say it’s going to depend on how you want to use it. I am looking to add to to either my built in shelving or a console table. I don’t think it’s grand enough for a centerpiece or large enough for a fruit bowl in my opinion. That being said, I love the look of it. I love the rustic, unfinished wood and I love that it’s on a pedestal. Is it pricey? Maybe a touch, but I think the Studio McGee line tends to be. That being said, I love the line and compared to McGee & Co., it’s still a fraction of the price.

I was really disappointed with this bowl, but I guess it might also be my fault since I am terrible with visualizing dimensions. First, the bowl is SMALL, more for holding jalapeño’s than the tomatoes pictured (those must be cherry tomatoes!). The wood was also rough and very light (at least the bowl I received). It felt cheap, both in the finish and the construction. I returned mine.

This bowl is adorable! It IS small (will not work as a middle of dining room table display bowl) but that’s why I love it. I specifically bought it so that I could use it in my kitchen to hold onions, garlic, shallots, etc. It works perfect!

Cute design. But it’s way too small. I bought it online and thought based off the pictures that it was larger. Not large enough for a fruit bowl like a lot of people said and not worth the price. Maybe a catch all bowl or would be great by the door for keys.
