Q: These came up in a search for oven-safe. But I don't see that in the description. Are they oven-safe? and if so, to what temperature? I heat up our food in our convection oven. Thanks!

These plates are heavy and beautiful, and the texture looks better in person. I think they’ll stay beautiful fir a long time, I can’t imagine that they would chip. There’s one thing though I wish I had known before buying them: they take up a lot of space as they are thick and when they’re stacked, they rest on top of one another, they don’t “collapse” together. That’s not good at all for a small apartment kitchen like mine. That’s the reason I took 1 star away.
