I tasted and compared three good&gather signature brand olive oils, the Italian, Spanish, and Californian. The Californian is high-tier. It is the clear best of the three. It tastes great, it has a clear peppery aftertaste that tingles your throat: a fantastic job. Wonderful job, target. This is high quality EVOO for the price.

I fried up some chicken schnitzel yesterday and was able to get a nice even coat on all sides, where usually I get some darker more burned looking coats towards the end. I’m a convert!

I also coated a skillet before cooking a meal. It has a nice light flavor and is high quality. I recommend if you like cooking with olive oil.
