I didn't think not being able to remove the mat would be a problem but I also didn't anticipate so many specks of stuff between the mat and the glass. The picture only captures some; there were a lot more. I could order another but I don't think it's worth the hassle or the risk.

I love this frame. It's lightweight and just has a good quality feel to it. The matting is a little on the cool side. I was hoping for a little bit warmer of a white but I can live with it. The matting is not changeable. Overall it more than met my expectations.

I acknowledge that this frame is supposed to be for an 8 x 10 but it is advertised as an 18 x 14 frame and it will NOT fit an 18 x 14 piece of art.

These are so cute but I bought, reordered and tried to swap in store but all that I got were ones that have lint trapped under the glass which isn’t removable.

These frames were lightweight, so a lot of hardware wasn’t required to hang them. The size was perfect for the project I was needing them for! The price seemed kind of high, but they were exactly what I was needing, so I couldn’t pass them up. Overall, very happy with my purchase!

I was pleased with the frame and want to keep it until I realized the matte is not removeable. There a little bits between the matte and glass that I can't figure out how to clear away. Any suggestions???

I purchased in store, so I didn’t experience the same issues of nicks and scuffs as other reviews. It says right on the front packaging that the mat cant be removed, but I get why that’s annoying. For my purposes though, it was fine and the mat is a crisp white with the interior bevel being more of a cream color. That slight color change isn’t distracting or particularly noticeable though. I think it’s a nice, clean and modern frame.

Really pretty frame! Unfortunately I bought one a couple months ago. It went out of stock until recently and I bought another and the matting is a completely different shade. I’d already hung them so wasn’t sure if I could return but they’re out of stock again anyways. Disappointing!
