Check your adapters, mines stopped I had 1/3 working. I assumed it was the LED strip or the RGB Box but it turns out it was the adapter. I used the one that works on the two that don’t. 6-8 dollars for a new adapter or if you know how to cut and re wire adapters to its corresponding volt.. it’ll be an easy fix.

Stopped working on 2nd day

Seemed great on day 1, adhesive stuck to metal of loft bed, lights worked at various levels of dim to bright, colors changed via the remote. Only complaint on day 1 is that the colors shown on the remote control were not all functioning- no yellows, no greens and purples were really pinks. On day 2 the adhesive back on the light strip was sagging down in a bunch of places and the lights just stopped working after being turned on for an hour. I unplugged and replugged at every connection point, tried removing and re-trying the remote's battery, nothing worked. When I unplug and replug the main outlet, there is a split second flash from the lights but never sustains. Going to return this Christmas gift to my son. :(

It stop working after the second day. The lights would flicker on and off different colors. When I return one the other one shut off and quick working! Overall I think I got a bad batch so I ordered more to see if it happens again

We love the lights. When we first plugged them in they didn’t turn on... the prongs were backwards... I turned them around and voila... it worked. My son loves the color changes and how the lights illuminate the room.
