These are the best cookie sheets I've owned in 50 years. Some of the negative reviews are outrageous with claims that cookie sheets should last 10 years. I have never seen one last that long, ever! Also the claim that it smoked when used with wax paper is ridiculous. Wax paper is NOT parchment paper...see moreof the reviewer's review

I'm not an habitual baker so my opinion might not be that of a professional baker but I loved this cookie sheet. I hate to bake 120 cookies for a cookie exchange and had 3 older chefmate cookie sheets at home so I decided to buy one more so I could finish quicker. Well this cookie sheet saved the da...see moreof the reviewer's review

This is the best cookie sheet! It is even better than my airbake pans that I have. I receieved this as a wedding shower gift and I am buying another one! They cook perfectly on here. Nothing sticks to the pan either!

I bake 200 cookies per week for a high school football team and I tried this pan along with a smooth pan with my silpat baking mat. This pan produced a far better cookie that didn't spread out as much during baking and baked very evenly. It lasted beautifully through the football season and I'm look...see moreof the reviewer's review

I purchased two of these baking sheets and they only lasted a month. Similar to another reviewer's experience the cookie sheets both warped and pop when you put them in the oven. They immediately rusted and destroyed my towels when I try to dry them. Do not waste your money.

The worst cookie sheet I have ever had. Cookie sheet are supposed to last some last for 10 years. I bought this one I didn't even last a month. Every time I baked with it (with wax paper or not) my oven would smoke, but if I used another sheet no smoke. The coating pealed off the first week. When I ...see moreof the reviewer's review

Beware of sudden movements

This pan is a serious danger. I think it needs to be recalled. When it undergoes changes in temperature it suddenly warps like a snap, no longer lays flat and kind of lifts up in the middle with twisted edges. When it warps in the oven it sometimes sends food and oil flying but the real danger is wh...see moreof the reviewer's review

I got a couple good cooks out of this pan, and it performed exceptionally. Then something stuck to it real bad and soaking didn't help, so a brillo sponge rough surface was used to clean. It scraped off the grey surface coloring on the pattern ripple edges, which is shockingly thin. The pan is ch...see moreof the reviewer's review
