This is a 3 hook rail with polished nickel and gray finish. The polished nickel is on the shinier side almost chrome like. The gray paint is a well done faux wood finish. The installation is super easy and the rail feels nice a sturdy. I have multiple coats and parkas on it with no concerns about it...see moreof the reviewer's review

The Threshold 16" Hook Rack that I got is just what I was looking for in a rack to hold clothes in our bathroom. The painted grey & polished nickel look is beautiful and definitely looks more than expensive than Target sells it for. It only has 3 hooks but you can also buy a longer version.
