Well, I wanted to love this mug but the first one arrived completely shattered. Then the replacement mug was not properly glazed, which I realized after using it and cleaning it. There was a huge part of the bottom inside part of the mug with no glaze whatsoever. That area is now stained from the coffee and it is obviously not a safe mug to drink from. Absolute disappointment. Two mugs, both with substantial issues. Why such poor quality control?

Would have been better without the stripes of white along the scarf (makes the mug handle bumpy). Would love to see reworked in the future with a smooth paint/gloss job :)
