17.6" Round Aluminum Tray Gold - Threshold™

Love this gold tray! It’s very big and heavy and Perfect to put all my Christmas decorations in it.

Beautiful piece that can be used for display through the seasons. Has a great weight to it and a good size for displaying decor, pads on the bottom to keep it from scratching your furniture - what's not to like? Great tray at a good price.

This isn’t my favorite. The center is raised so things can’t sit flat. Color is nice and look is nice.

Rather large but perfect for a huge coffee table I have. Love the texture on it. It does not a smooth surface. Placed some candels and vases on it for an extra touch.

It’s gives a nice look, what I really don’t like and wasn’t sure if it was just me, but it’s not completely flat! It seems that the middle is a bit raised and the items I put on it are slightly crooked?or slanted. Not a big deal, but It really bothers me!!!

I have a variety of brass trays, and this one is definitely a new favorite! It’s a 17.5 inch round, which puts it in the medium size category. (For reference, it’s shown here with a 6” bowl similar to a soup bowl with 3.2” and 2” moss balls.) This tray is too large for a bathroom or standard sized countertop and too large for most dressers and console tables, but it could work perfectly on a Kitchen island, coffee table or dining table. The color is on the golder side, but not a harsh and shiny yellow gold, especially due to the slightly distressed texture. The texture is great! It can look modern, but the texture makes it more versatile and subdues it from being too clean and contemporary/modern looking for people who prefer a more traditional/transitional/or farmhouse look. It can really match any style, depending on how you style it and pair it. It’s sturdy and thick, which I personally love, so it can be used as a serving tray as well if desired. I wish it came in a larger size too! I would have loved it in a 22-24” size. This tray by Threshold beats out my West Elm and Pottery Barn trays for sure in overall look and versatility, but those stores offer larger trays in 22” and 26” which are better suited as a centerpiece for a larger coffee table. This one still could work, but I would have to create another grouping or add a large vase beside it to help fill the space. Heads up! If you’re looking for a specific shade of brass, West Elm’s is shiny gold, and Pottery Barn’s is a browner antique/oiled brass and not golden looking at all. And, this one by Threshold is the only one with the hammered/forged iron look. Good luck and happy decorating!

Such a beautiful large tray. I used mine on my coffee table. I like that it has bumpers on the bottom to prevent scratching.

Gorgeous heavy tray but surface is uneven so be careful putting vases or anything tall on there.

Very heavy and solid material that is for sure durable as well as aesthetically pleasing. The gold color is rich without looking brassy and cheap.

Not a flat surface so items look uneven. Also the picture online shows a more antique brass gold but in person it is a bright flashy gold
