Mine definitely didnt look like all the other ones in the photos. Did a pick up and when I got home, I immediately tried to untangle and brushed it. After trying to make it look somewhat decent or like the ones in the photos. I wasn’t loving it. I took it back to exchange it for a better looking one with out the tangles and the uneven length yarn. Unfortunately all the stores around me didn’t have one in stock. So they told me to order one from online and compare it, I did. Looked just as bad. Returned both. My husband even said it looked like a giant mop head. So sad because I wanted to love it.

If you take a few minutes to untangle and smooth the yarn, and trim the stray ends, it looks as beautiful as the photos. It’s a bit darker than pictured, but I’m happy with it.
