The best customer service! The first mirror I received was broken in a pieces as you see in the first picture. I called customer service and was so grateful to the person I spoke with. She immediately processed another order of the mirror for me and I received it in less than a week. This is a very pretty mirror and it looks great in our bedroom. It is heavy because of what it is made of but so easy to hang.
