It's.....a shovel, OK..? The ergonomics do not come into play.....same as a shovel with a straight handle......only made the purchase because my gas powered snow thrower was frozen...(since back in operation so this shovel will be set aside....)see moreof the reviewer's review

I got this shovel to replace one I had for 10 years before it broke. My main concern was for the ergonomic handle, as I am disabled and need this to make shoveling easier. The only real difference for me is that the previous shovel blade was metal and this one is plastic. I struggle a little with it...see moreof the reviewer's review

I've used the ergonomic shovels for several years now and they help immensely on causing undue strain on the back. Can't do without one here in MN. The only concern in the wear stripper won't last long if you are pushing it on bare concrete. I usually get two season of use from one shovel. Recommend...see moreof the reviewer's review
