A: Hello Jo, Sterilite only uses high quality FDA food safe grade plastics that are non-toxic. These plastics do not contain PVC's, Latex, Teflon, Phthalates chemicals, fungicides, Bishphenol A (BPA), or antibacterial chemicals. Nor do we use them in the manufacturing process of our items.

Ordered two Non-Latching Totes. When brought out to me the lids were stack inside, on both. Well suprise suprise they dont fit or match. When I brought them back was told they cant accept them for return. "they dont match". Sad got stuck with item(s) that is not complete or even returnable due to poor service and attention to filling an order correctly.
