I ordered this as the match for the laying down deer for my mom. I hadn’t seen them in store, I ordered it online. Just like the other reviewer said, it came with the antlers snapped off. I ordered another one online and did an in store pick up and returned the broken one. I do have to say these are horribly made for how expensive they are. These should honestly be in the $15 range because they are flimsy and weigh nothing. They’re cute, but not worth the price. I happily paid double this at another store for similar deer, but they weigh a lot more.
This has been so frustrating. This is a beautiful reindeer but do not order it online. This is my second attempt at buying it online. Both times, the reindeer were broken in shipping. They are packing them like they are made out of wood (which, they do look like wood but in reality, they are made out a very fragile resin.) The antlers and back legs were broken off of this last one I bought. The first one I ordered had broken antlers, bottom and 2 legs. I am having trouble locating them in the stores. They say they have them in stock but once I get there, it can't be located. The whole process has been frustrating. I'll be returning this one too which is a shame because the reindeer are adorable.
