absolutely not even close to a blackout shade. I put it up on a cloudy day and the light is very clearly visible. This is not going to block light enough to sleep and is certainly not blackout. Fabric is just ok, very plasticky.

I would use these for a child’s room due to the quality. Looked okay in packaging but once hung up they looked and moved cheaply. Also style wise, these are for more traditional/Americana/country/farmhouse spaces. I hated the ruching at the top once hung up.

Quality, cost, and overall performance would be great but I wasn’t a big fan of the shine in the black fabric so I returned them.

These are extremely disappointing. No where near blackout, barely room darkening. They really just keep direct sunlight out of your eyes but otherwise useless. I mistakenly put them up at night after throwing away the packaging.

I tried the more expensive, 99.9% light blocking which failed to block light like these curtains did. They're a much better value.

The navy curtains look great, but they are not true blackout curtains. Go with the black if you’re looking to block out light.

Blocks less light than your average curtain. Nowhere near blackout. Zero stars if I could. Target should be embarrassed to have a product labeled this way on their shelves.

Semi-blackout media room fit

Like that it is blackout it’s definitely not 100%, but removes the media room glare, especially if you have a tv opposite your window. It’s not a matt/cotton white though… very shiny.

Not even close to being black out. The package says 100% black out but I’d say it’s more like 40%.

I've had eclipse blackout curtains for years! I personally love the light and bright look that the white ones bring while also darkening my room enough to sleep during the day for my night shifts!
