    Five stars equals bad reviews??

    What I don’t like are all these five star reviews that say they do not like the product. Either somebody is going in and changing the ratings on bad reviews, or somehow people don’t understand the less stars an item is given means the less likely, they are happy with the product. Five stars means it’s really really good. Simple. I think I’ll skip this product.

    Flimsy

    I wouldn't recommend this dish rack. It was easy to assemble, but the moving parts aren't sturdy. It can't hold heavy pots and pans without shifting. Disappointing.

    Not worth the money

    I had high hopes for this one, but it didn't work out. Assembly was easy, but the design isn't stable. The attachments just rest in place instead of locking, so the rack shifts. The top rack only fits round dishes, and there's not enough space between the racks. The utensil tray isn't weighted, so heavier items shift. The water drain spout is too short, making me place the drainboard too close to the sink.

    Water drainage is bad

    Disappointed

    Everything's fine except for the drip tray,it's not wide enough, and water drips on the countertop. I didn't return it since I should've noticed the measurements before ordering. I messed up, but the design needs a rethink.

    Hard to put together

    This two-tier drying rack works for us. The assembly wasn't super clear, and the cup holders are plastic, not metal like in the video. It holds 2 cups.

    Not very family-friendly

    I have a 1-year-old, and his Nuk plates don't fit in this rack, neither does most of his dishware. I managed to fit 4 cereal bowls and a small pan, but that's about it. I thought the two tiers would help, but it really didn't. I'm going back to my old rack and drying towel for more space.

    Not the worst

    It's not terrible, but the pictures showing it fully loaded are misleading. It gets the job done, but I wouldn't trust it with a full load. I've been using it for a few months and it works for just a couple plates and glasses, but I wouldn't overload it.
