Had to file the claim by calling in and the customer service was a FANTASTIC experience! Extremely accommodating, walking me through the instructions several times and what to expect when submitting my claim. They were able to answer all my questions. I heard back right away from FedEx tracking after sending my Apple Watch in. I am still waiting on the product (they received it 1 day ago) but figured I would get a review up here for those looking. Will update when product comes in.

Excellent ,easy , claim filing procedure .No hassle , no stalling ! I totally recommend this coverage . Repair service was prompt and return was all done in a week . Only trouble is Fedex shipping labels don't down load easily . But that was taken care of in a jiffy also . Highly Recommended !

Filing a claim was easy peasy .. 5 stars and claim was accepted right away! And after thats when everything went wrong! They sent me my shipping label and due to miscommunication .. I shipped it out through an outgoing USPS mail slot! Not only did the guy filing my claim not tell me to ship it FedEx, but nowhere in my email or paperwork does it say "ship only through FedEx" but, was supposed to recognize that it was a FedEx label?! My package is still currently MIA in the system! SHIP ONLY WITH FEDEX APPARENTLY FOLKS! YOUR WELCOME!
