Q: So this oak mirror is made of Medium-Density Fiberboard. What is fiberboard? Style is perfect for my room but color is a teeny bit too light and I am hoping to add a coat of stain.
A: Hi – Thanks for reaching out about our Project 62™ 20" x 66" Oak and Metal Modern Brown Floor Mirror. Fiberboard is made from individual random chunks of wood glued together under pressure. Generally speaking Fiberboard can be painted but it takes a little more priming than solid wood as it is more porous. Have an awesome day! – Natesubmitted byTarget staff support - 2 years agoTarget staff support
