For the price, this is a very good pot.The only improvement I can think of is adding a steel lid.

I love this pot. I used to have to use two pots to make a big batch of soup and now it's just one. It heats up real well and I can get it to a boil. I read the bad reviews on this site and it's not good that you can't get replacement parts, but I can tell you from experiece of purchasing other st...see moreof the reviewer's review

good value, but inside no longer smooth

I bought two 20-qt pots several months apart. The design changed between the two, as well as the manufacturing plant, I think. Lids fit differently and are not interchangeable --no problem. The second pot's walls are a bit wavy--no problem--and the inside of the pot is rough, whereas the first pot i...see moreof the reviewer's review

This pot has been a great upgrade from the 8qt stock pot of my wife's I had been using. The encapsulated bottom also will help prevent burning in the bottom of the pot. I had searched all day for a better deal at a local store and I couldn't find anything close to this pot.

Not stainless steel

Used the pot for about two months till I noticed staining around the lid. It turned out to be rust and corrosion. When I called about a fix, I was told it was an overseas purchase and there was nothing I could do about the rust. Yes there is, I'm taking it back for a refund.see moreof the reviewer's review

I took the tempered glass lid off of this stockpot after it had been cooking soup on medium heat. I set the lid on my granite countertop. A few minutes later, I heard a pop and the tempered glass lid shattered. I called for a replacement lid. They said that they have no contact information for repla...see moreof the reviewer's review

Questionable Tempered Top

I too had a lid "pop". Mine happened while it was on the pot cooking callards for Thanksgiving. We had to throw the whole batch out for fear of glass contamination. (Good thing we did as there was some glass bits at the bottom). Thankfully we an extra bag. Guess we're SOL for a replacement lid. I've...see moreof the reviewer's review

Side split after one use

Side near one handle split about 4 inches after a single use. No idea why, no seam to separate, but the "stainless steel" was very thin. Very poor quality. Pay a few bucks more and get a better quality product that will last a lifetime.see moreof the reviewer's review
