I bought this book in paperback to keep at our second home. I had bought it originally in hardback. I have terrible GI problems and this book makes a lot of sense. I followed the 21 day "diet" and lost about an inch in my waist and felt SO much better. Unfortunately I didn't stay with it to determin...see moreof the reviewer's review
