The strings are incapable of holding the key so don’t even waste your time trying to tune. This is basically a piece of plastic with fake strings. You can essentially replace the strings once they break with dental floss or fishing wire because it is going to create the same sound as the strIngs that come with the guitar. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. My son loves Thomas and he lost interest when he realized the strings loosen as soon as you try to strum or pluck them.
