I really like this cookbook - it's refreshing and has spurred me to try a few new things. What a nice cookbook. Very easy to follow and well laid out. I was very impressed with the amount of recipes for a plant based diet! Most of the recipes are easy with easy to find ingredients. LOVE IT! The author of this review received a free sample of this product.

This is a great cookbook! The layout is amazing and it's super easy to follow, as it tells you what you should do for the 22 days. At first I didn't think plant-based foods sounded good, but I was wrong. The meals are delicious, and easy to make!

There were a lot of good recipes in this book. I've only done a couple and I picked some of the easier ones but from what I've done so far, they were all very good. I am a 30-year old woman and I have been reading this book over the last two weeks. As a scientist, I was impressed that the statements made my the author in this book weren't backed up with in-text citations.
