A: When I’ve used acrylic paints, I’ve washed my surfaces, brushes and palettes before it can dry. Once the paint dries, it’s permanent.

Great paint - terrible jars!
The paints themselves are great. They are beautiful colors, they are a good quality, they dry quickly - so great for kid projects. However, these jars are SO hard to open. And I mean, almost couldn't even use them because the jars were that hard for me to open. I got a huge blister on my hand from repeatedly having to try to pry them open. We eventually were able to get them loose enough to unscrew, but if these are for a kid or don't have a capable adult (and I use that loosely becuase I consider myself capable and I had an extremely difficult time) to help, they wouldn't be able to use these. So - recommend for the paint themselves, but not for the containers/packaging.

Good luck opening these!
I bought these for my daughter for her birthday party to paint ceramics. I thought this was perfect until I couldn't open them! I had to squeeze the tops and you could hear a Crack and then CRANK them hard. I ended up with 7 blisters.

Nice for kids
These paints are nice for kids and get the job done. Not for serious artists though. Some of the colors are see through and need up to 5 coats. Other colors like the white, black and light blue are solid colors and only needs 1-2 coats. I painted these16x20 inch canvas paintings and had fun with it. Took me 3 days (for each painting) with multiple coats of paint to get the look I wanted. For kids, it's not a big deal.

Good variety of colors and great packaging! We used these paints for rock painting (along with the Mondo Lllama Paint Pens) and they worked great! Most of the colors were bright and bold. A few of the darker colors were a bit sheer and needed a second coat. Would purchase these again though!
