25" Ceramic/Metal Gretchen Ginger Jar Table Lamp (Includes LED Light Bulb) Blue - JONATHAN Y

Purchased as a gift and I was mortified when I found out the lamp didn’t work so I replaced it but now I’m out $90. Because the return window closed!! I purchased it early because I was going for a medical procedure and never thought for a second to open and chance damaging the packaging I’m very disappointed and would hate to see this happen to anyone else so be very careful when ordering this and any other items in the future. I hope this message helps and this never happens again.

Beautiful lamp. The shape of the base completely makes the lamp. Looks elegant in the room. The width and height are perfect. I had no issues with quality.

Better then I expected, great quality

I have to return it for another one. This one is defective. I used the reason code about the quality not as expected. I should have said defective. See photos. The center screw is not centered but even more problematic is the socket does not firmly twist into the bolt and sit tight, so flops over. Not happy that they require me sending it back and their receiving the return before sending a replacement. More time. More trips. Guess I’m going to Target tonight to get the ball rolling in this poor quality merchandise. Where is the quality control on products??

JONATHAN Y lamps are my absolute favorite. This lamp is so gorgeous, I love the gold details. I’m slowly replacing all of the lighting in my house to be from JONATHAN Y
