A: The frame should come with two plastic tabs on the back that are removable so that the frame can be hung vertically or horizontally.

Nice frame but they shouldn’t say “ hanging hardware on back”. This frame came with 2 cheap plastic inserts on the back that would be a major risk for it falling off the wall due to the weight of the 20x24 frame. For the price they should invest in better hanging screws on back. I bought to hang in the hospitals lactation room and I will have to purchase and install picture hanging hooks and wire to keep it from falling in nursing moms during their break. Hopefully the screws won’t crack the frame and it will hold.

Poor quality. I would definitely not buy again for the price. I bought 2 white frames and they are both dirty and will not clean off. On top of that the overall frame is just cheap. Ends look like they are falling apart. It has such good ratings and I noticed after how disappointed I was that most of them were like sponsored or paid for some thing?

Plus it has the latches on the back so you can open and close this frame as many times as you need to if you're like me and like to change up your pictures every holiday. Some of the other frames I have, have the "lift" up metal closures and after a while they bend and break off. So this one is perfect for what I need.

I really wanted this frame. It looks perfect for the picture I have to place in it. However, I ordered the frame and it came broken. So, I returned it and re-ordered it (because it is so pretty), and it came broken AGAIN. Now, I am returning the frame, but going somewhere else. I'm super bummed, because it would have been perfect if it was not broken.

I received this a second time and again it was damaged, the glass was shattered. I returned it to the store and the CSR was very nice. She said this frame comes from a third party. I recommend that target drop the 3rd party people!
