I really wanted this frame. It looks perfect for the picture I have to place in it. However, I ordered the frame and it came broken. So, I returned it and re-ordered it (because it is so pretty), and it came broken AGAIN. Now, I am returning the frame, but going somewhere else. I'm super bummed, because it would have been perfect if it was not broken.

We are so sorry that your frame arrived broken both times. We ensure that all of our products are packaged appropriately as our frames are delicate items. However, sometimes there are issues within transit which we cannot control. Glad to hear you were able to return the items and hope you can find the frame you need in store.
