Delivered today in perfect shape. I couldn't believe the packing in the box. Even UPS couldn't destroy it. The color was perfect and the bottom was flat unlike some of the other reviews that had been written. The planter is sturdy and the wife took it out to the garden and planted it right away. Looks great as you can see by the picture.
Received a matching pair. They are beautiful. 1 of the two were broken in transport. Customer service forwarded a label to return broken one for replacement. Replacement arrived a different color with white streaks and paint coming off.
This is a beautiful urn! It arrived undamaged, is level along the bottom, and looks quite impressive. It is not heavy, which is ideal in a sense, but I am also concerned that a strong gust of wind might knock it over as it is a bit top heavy (perhaps this is a common problem with urns??). But overall, I am very pleased with this piece!
Worst planters ever. I bought 5 of them and had to exchange 3 because the bottoms were rounded/uneven, rather than flat, so they would wobble. Less than one year later, all 5 are going right in the garbage. They are completely falling apart. Giant chunks fall off the planters daily, as if a 7 year old made them out of paper mâché. I've taken photos and videos and plan on following up. Buyer BEWARE!!
