The salt and pepper pour out too quickly. Essentially when I tried to pepper my food, it dumped a pile of pepper onto my meal ruining it. The color was also darker that it appeared online, which was not my taste

I bought these based on their appearance - and they do look good on the counter. However, looks are one thing and function is another. The shakers dispense the salt and pepper in a way that is not uniform - makes for knowing how much has come out more difficult. The salt shaker in particular kind of spurts out the salt. They're pleasant to look at .....

The salt and pepper shakers are neutral colors and can go with most tableware. But, I always thougt that the salt shaker has more holes on top than the pepper. With these, the salt has two holes and the pepper has 4 holes. Debating now whether to keep them or not.

These work really well and are easy to fill, plus they look really good sitting out on my counter. Don't let other reviews about the number of holes in the shakers deter you, the holes are fine (and I bet those people didn't even try to use these first before complaining lol).
