Q: The smaller suitcase has dimensions 20" x 13.5" x 9.75". Does the 20" measurement include the wheels? If not, is the dimension with wheels 22" or less so that it qualifies as a carry-on?

Amazing! I used both for my honeymoon and they stayed firm and can hold so much! The pocket in the back makes it easier to store dirty items like shoes or keeping your dirty clothes separate. The smaller one was perfect for a carry on and held way more then my old one. Must buy!
