These are cute, keep your coffee hot, and are easy to clean. The cream color needs a scrub for sure. I bought on sale, and I felt they were worth the price. They feel sturdy and heavy enough.

Really nice, substantial mugs. Hold a good amount of coffee, and it’s a bonus that they’re microwaveable and dishwasher safe. Updated nice matte black finish, too. Reasonable price.

My hand fits fully inside the handle, which I like. The mug is sturdy without being too heavy and it maintains heat well.

I unfortunately have to agree with the other negative reviews. I purchased a few of these mugs in the black color and only use them for coffee in the morning and once done hand wash, never put in the dishwasher microwave or use for anything else. Handle on two out of the four mugs I purchased broke off in the middle of drinking hot coffee, causing a huge mess and cutting my husband’s finger on the second one… As these cups are very aesthetically pleasing, I have to say definitely not a good idea to use for intended purposes.

I was looking for matte-finish black mugs to complement 2 logo-branded mugs in our coffee bar. These were perfect, and at a great price, too.

These mugs are absolutely perfect! I’ve always had issues trying to find ones that have large enough handles so that you don’t have to use two fingers, and these fit the bill! Will definitely be buying more soon.

One set came with broken handle and hassle to return.

I thought I would like these based on the positive reviews, but, I just don't like them. Every time I look at them, they look like something from the Flintstones, or a children's clay project. I really like the matte and uneven exterior of these mugs, but combined with their thickness and their light gray shiney interiors, they just look clunky and as if they leave something to be desired. I would like them a lot better if they were thinner. Plus, the bottoms are completely unfinished, which only adds to the "something to be desired" aspect. The bottom color is a dark purplish clay, which makes it seem like blood was mixed in with it to get that color, which is jarring. I have no mugs which are tapered as these are, and it's my understanding that the shape of these helps them to retain the heat of the beverage. I didn't notice a difference, though, and truly the tapered shape is less convenient to hold, it feels like the mug wants to fall out of your hand every time. I tried, I really tried to adapt to it, but it's just not working for me. Plus, these mugs are heavy, and whereas I could adapt to that, the heaviness only adds to the "falling out of your hand" feeling. For what it's worth, I would have prefered these in a thinner porcelain (porcelain is the strongest ceramic, which is why kitchen and bathroom fixtures are made from porcelain and nothing else), and larger (20oz.), with a finished bottom. No matter how I try to like these and understand their nearly cult following, I just can't shake the Flintstones imagery out of my head, so that's it and I will not keep these clunky mugs. If you think you would like these, then I recommend getting them, but if the things I mentioned resonate with you, then you may want to pass and get something else.

Works well, looks good. However, I have only used it a few times, and it already has significant staining and scratches (more than mugs I've had for years). Part of that is to be expected with a cream colored mug, though, and I still think the mug looks quite nice, despite the "blemishes" it now has.

This mug gives the perfect organic rustic chic ambiance and is perfect for a modern kitchen. It is an insta girl’s dream and the price is unbelievable. If you love vessels, Anissa Kermiche, Byredo, and the whole Scandi chic thing you will know what I’m talking about

These are very cute! I am now on my third order as they have arrived broken at the handle. Every time. So disappointed. But still cute!
