A: elastic all the way around, which i love! but, as mentioned - quality has severely diminished over the last several yrs, tears/shreds easily with absolutely no rough use. the feature called "brushing" for softness killed an excellent product. too bad cause this was a very high quality sheet in the early 2000's.

A: I love the softness, print, fitted sheet elastic & side/top labels BUT they're already torn after a little over a year. Too fragile.

A: I LOVE these sheets! They are really (truly!) soft, and we use them on our bed at home as well as in our Airstream trailer, which has an an odd-size mattress. They fit tight and snug around the mattress and the bed stays made - no more struggling with the sheets popping off. They last, too. I will buy again!

A: Yes they do have elastic all the way around. They are soft but the quality are now terrible, don't know why this has changed???? They tear fairly easy. Not sure what the warranty on these sheets. Order 3 fitted and 3 flat Sep 26 , 2016 but I've went thru 2 fitted sheets tearing within a year. I still have 3 flat sheets and pillow cases that are still in good condition. I'm trying to sew a flat sheet on top of the torn fitted right now,,,,,not working out to well. I'm going to take a chance and order more and hope it was just a fluke.

A: I would recommend washing in cold water for best results!

A: I've had mine a couple years & love it so much I bought mom a set. No pilling for either of us. Super soft, smooth, cool, strong. No negatives. Only sheets I buy

A: I only use a fitted sheet and have had two with standard pillow cases for 18 months. I wash them regularly and have had no pilling. These sheets have exceeded my expectations!

A: Yes, our mattresses are around 10" only and it fits nicely and tight. Very good quality fabric.

A: This fit very well on my 6" memory foam mattress. With the second row of elastic on the corners, Im sure it will fit your 10" mattress just fine. The fabric is soft and feels like it is truly 100% cotton. Go ahead and order, you won't be disappointed.

A: Yes! You just need to tuck it under a little. This sheet is AMAZINGLY soft and still it wears very well and it has the added feature of tags on the top, bottom and sides telling you how it goes on!

A: Yes, It will fit a deep mattress. Personally, I don't like the quality of these sheets. I ordered 2 bottom sheets, and both have started coming apart at the corner seams after just a few washings and a few weeks of use.

A: Our mattress is 13" and this sheet comes right off all the time. It BARELY fits, even though the specs say up to 18". That is not true in our case.

A: I just bought 3 sheets after buying 2 about 1 year ago. My grandson only likes a fitted sheet, no top sheet. These are very easy to wash in the washer. I use warm water and have learned to not u se chlorine bleach. The sheets are soft and dry easy in the dryer. However, I have used chlorine beach and after 3 years the sheets did tear. I just bought then again and will not use chlorine bleach. The price for one fitted sheet is unbelievable cheap. I don't have to buy a whole set and they are under $20.00.

A: I bought this sheet in 2020 and the king fitted sheet does NOT stay on our 13" mattress. It slips off constantly.

A: The sheets are not sateen and I like the deep pocket fitted sheet as I don't have an issue with the sheets not fitting our thicker mattress and they stay put. These are not the softest sheets but for the money they're a very good value.

A: We really like our fitted and we also have the top sheet. Very nice fabric and pretty much wrinkle free. Another fab item , they have tabs showing top or side. No guess work! Yippee

A: I got this sheet to fit a memory foam mattress that is 8" deep. This sheet fit really well. It has two rows of elastic, so I'm positive it will fit perfectly on your 10" mattress. The fabric is soft and comfortable. I don't know about pilling because I have only washed it once, and just put it on the bed. But the fabric doesn't seem like the type that will pill. I'm very happy with this purchase!!

A: I purchased these sheets in this color. Yes, they are grey. The color on here looks more brown. They are grey.

A: all of the dark grays, including elephant gray, are radiant gray(dark charcoal).

A: The Threshold sheets 300 count ultra soft set that I always buy should work just fine. They're very deep pocket sheets and they stay put once you put them on. But then again, I have a heavy Tempurpedic mattress, so that might be helping too. Not sure what type of mattress you have, but I think they should fit just fine.

A: The sheet  was soft and of strong fiber and was form fitting.
