Q: I purchased this about 3 months ago and now the diffuser just stays on and nothing comes out the diffuser however I hear the motor going. Is there a reset action for it? I've tossed the manual, thanks.

A: The diffuser maybe clogged. Turn off your diffuser. Fill the water reservoir halfway to the line with clean water. Add 10 drops of pure white vinegar to the water reservoir. Turn it on and let run for 3-5 minutes, allowing the vinegar to disperse throughout.

A: Yes. The light has a separate on/off button. It scrolls through different colors and the last option is no light.

Q: i bought this diffuser but the stream is not big, like the output of the water. Is this normal? I am seeing others with visible output and i dont have that. First time using it.

A: Hello, Aliya! Thanks you for reaching out. We advise you to try the following steps: 1. Empty the diffuser and gently clean the inside with a paper towel 2. Using a cotton swab dipped in alcohol, gently clean the atomizer inside of the diffuser. This will ensure to break any oil buildup that may have accumulated. 3. Once cleaned, refill the diffuser to the max-fill line with water. Add 5-10 drops of oil. If none of these work, please reach out to us at customersupport@gemsfindyours.com. Thank you!

I’ve had this for almost 3 years and it recently stopped working. It makes a grinding sound and doesn’t diffuse anything. I’ve cleaned it many times with white vinegar/water and it only helps for a short while before it starts making the noise again. I guess I’ll just use it as a night light now.

I love this cool air mist essential oil diffuser. I purchased this well over 2 years ago and use it every night. It is incredibly durable. I recently dropped the base in water while cleaning it and it got soaked and stopped working. I know better than to allow the base to get that wet, so I planned to head to target and replace it. The next day, before heading out to re-purchase I decided to try one more time, and sure enough it was working again, it must of dried out on its own. This diffuser is reliable and the most attractive one I found after searching and researching for days. It holds 300ml of water which allows it to run all night, auto turn off when water is depleted and the subtle light is just right.

Filled it to the max line and after running essentially 72 straight, the water is only half down. Is that normal? It certainly Lu doesn’t have a robust output. Don’t know if this unit it defective. But it is a pretty diffuser. Just not powerful.
