Q: How do I turn the color of the light to the pink/purple setting? That’s the only setting fit for my space, but my brand new diffuser only let me choose that setting once. Then I cycled through the colors, and it’s not showing up again. Is it defective?

bought for a gift and they absolutely loved it. they were surprised it played sounds and lit up apart from being a diffuser. haven't had any complaints yet. would be cool to have it come with some essential oils already but i just bought some and wrapped them together.

I love everything about this diffuser. The ambient sounds is something I didn’t know I needed. The remote is a definite plus..The people complaining about the scent should probably evaluate the essential oil they are using. Some essential oils are lighter than most so the scent will not be as strong once you add to water.

Please try these troubleshooting steps : 1.Check if the water levels are correct/high enough 2.Make sure that the fan inlet is not blocked by dried up oil essential oil > give your diffuser a clean-up if you can see left over dirt 3.Re-check the mist settings of the diffuser and ensure you didn’t turn it down

I use this in my dogs room to keep it smelling fresh and to keep them company at night or while I’m away during the day. There are storm sounds that are great for desensitizing pups. The light is also a calming tool I use for them, you can play the sounds and light with out diffusing.
