A: Hello! Great question! Yes, this diffuser has 2 different modes - one for a continuous mist and one for an intermittent mist. As for the low mist output, that could be due to a couple of reasons. 1) The diffuser is over filled. Be sure that the diffuser is not filled past the max fill line. (2) The diffuser has become clogged. Unplug the diffuser and use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to clean the atomizer and the mist outlet. Wait for it to completely dry before plugging it back in and using. Clean the diffuser regularly to avoid this issue. (3) The power source may not be plugged in properly. Make sure the power adapter is fully plugged into the unit and a grounded wall outlet. We hope this helps!
A: Hello, Arlene! Great question! We recommend that you only use essential oils instead of fragrance oils. I hope this helps!
A: Hello! Thank you for your honest review! Please try the following troubleshooting steps listed below. 1. Check if the power plug is securely plugged to the electrical outlet. 2. Make sure that the bowl contains water and the levels are correct. 3. Ensure that the power supply socket is snugly plugged into the diffuser. 4. Empty the diffuser, wait for it to dry out, and try plugging it in again. If none of these work, please contact us at customersupport@gemsfindyours.com for further assistance.

A: Hi – Thanks for letting us know about the Project 62 oil diffuser you purchased. The mist feature is simultaneously or individually, and shuts off automatically. If you are not sensing the fragrance from the oil diffuser and feel that it’s defective, you can return it with your receipt, (before the receipt expires). We’ll be sure to report this to our Quality Team. - Terry
A: Hi, in order to clean your diffuser please follow these steps. Fill your diffuser about half way with clean water. Make sure you stop well below the max line. Add up to 10 drops of pure white vinegar. This will help in removing the oils that are stuck inside the diffuser and on the glass or plastic pieces. Let the diffuser run for about 3-5 minutes to allow the water-vinegar mixture to disperse throughout the unit and clean it. Drain the diffuser completely. Using a cotton swab dipped in vinegar, clean the tight spots and corners of the diffuser to make sure that no spots are left dirty. Rinse with clean water. Empty again and you’re good to go. Use a dry cloth, or more cotton swabs or cotton balls to wipe the diffuser and dry it thoroughly.
A: Hello! Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, there is no other signal besides the mist that indicates that the diffuser is in-use. I hope this helps!
