This book does include a photo for every recipe, which is a very desirable feature. Just knowing how the dish "should" look can sometimes help if directions are a little unclear. The recipe's in this book are a bit more time consuming and while I know that is part of the mediterranean style, I need ...see moreof the reviewer's review
