Its the color and thickness I was looking for. Looks great and easy to install. Only problem is that the template it had to use to place the screws was off, just make sure you measure yourself how far apart to place the screws on the walls.
Reading some of these other reviews, I'm realizing I must have lucked out, because I ordered two and love them both—the wood is a nice pale hue and both pieces I received match nicely. We're using them as bedside tables in a room that isn't terribly wide, so we needed something airy and small. Installation was a little annoying (as with all floating shelves), but nothing out of the question. I don't love that they could easily be knocked off their hardware, but otherwise, they've really helped us make a small room feel bigger.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. Very poor quality. We purchased 2 to be hung next to one another. One of the mounting templates had the incorrect distance between the mounting holes and the shelves were no where near uniform in their dimensions. Will be returning ASAP
I LOVE these shelves, I have almost 15 of them in my living room. I have used the very small ones to hold up electronics such as a PlayStation up off of the ground, and then hiding it behind a chair. I have a combination of the two longer sizes staggered on my walls, and have different sized frames and decorative items on them. I think they look really great, and they really go with my neutral color scheme, and they're easy to hang. I hope they never stop making them so I can keep adding them to my home.
