I make a lot from scratch, so using cheesecloth is common in my house. I hated having to buy the o e use kind because it would fall apart or get messy. This one though, I'm addicted. I bought 2 and I am very happy with it. It's perfect for getting the little bit of buttermilk out of our homemade butter. It's great for getting chunks out of our home made bone broth. We even use it to get pulp out of juice. It's great and very versatile.
