I've only used the smallest one so far, and only a handful of times (just bought) but so far has not been a problem. I am personally not fond of the inverted edges, makes getting a solid 1 hand grip difficult, but I have pans that are easier to hold with 1 hand. Also I am not a fan of the bumps. "Textured" I thought was not going to be extreme, but they are pretty raised, so it's slightly troublesome to get small food pieces off unless you're wiping it down etc. I do like the non stick though! I have been looking for alternatives to foil and parchment paper since those take up to 150 years to degrade in trash dumps. So this is super eco friendly to me. Less wasteful. As for the reported warping in lower rated reviews: I have not had that issue so it may have been hot versus cold items and pre-heating the oven or something like defects. I haven't tested it. If it's permanent warping, that sucks; if it's the temporary kind, then I'm not sure what the complaint is bc I've seen dozens of pans do that through the years, they reflatten as they cool. At any rate, pros and cons both, but I am glad to have made this purchase.

These pans are terrible. They get too hot and burn the bottom of what you’re cooking before the food is cooked through. On the bright side, the burnt food comes off easily. Hoping I can return them without packaging as I do not enjoy eating burnt food.
