Loved this pan so much, bought a second one. Unfortunately, now down to one due using it to roast chicken at 430 degrees. Perhaps due to roasting another chicken in a tempered glass pan next to it. Pan split in half. Just gonna stick to baking cinnamon rolls. But, I still love this baking dish. It’s heavy duty and so nice to look at.

I haven't used this yet, but what I have it planned for it should be perfect. With it's deep sides it should hold a generous amount of food without cooking over. It had a modern lookk to it. I'm just hoping it will keep looking great through the years. We'll see!
