Q: Is there a peg you have to push in before you can extend the legs? I see the metal pegs, but I can't push them in and pull on the legs at the same time. Does it take two people to extend the legs?

submitted by RetroProf - 7 years ago
  • A: one person can do by pushing on the pin on one leg and extending then the other.

  • A: I do not agree. I did manage to do it as 1 person but it was near impossible. It also seems that you have to lower the legs every time to fold. I will be returning this table tomorrow.

submitted byBarb - 4 years ago
  • A: Wear gloves so you don't hurt yourself. With table upside down, hold down frame with one foot, press very hard on two pegs. You will eventually make it work. The mechanism does not work smoothly. A cheap, poorly designed and poorly manufactured table that I do not recommend at any price.

    submitted byJoe30330 - 4 years ago
  • A: I agree with the fact that it is impossible to extend legs with one person. Even pressing 1 button while3 pulling is difficult. I rarely use this table in fact this is only the second time and my son and I were unable to extend the legs.

submitted byhbjill - 4 years ago
  • A: Aren't you just precious. The pins on mine will not go in unless they are pushed in simultaneously. I figured it out, but with the help of another person.

submitted byI must be an idiot - 10 months ago
  • A: Ok folks. I am a "73" year old weakling and had it figured out before I even went to the store to buy. The leg extensions are a '1" person job. 1/ fold the legs out. 2/ push in "1" pin and pull gently until it clears the hole and goes partially into the leg. 3/ push the pin in on the other leg and pull. Bingo it comes right out into the next set of holes. If you want the legs to go into the furthest position just repeat all the steps. I had it "ALL" put together with the legs in the highest position in "2" MINUTES... Happy unfolding.........................

Nice 4 Foot Split Fold Table

BabyCatcher3 - 20 days ago, Verified purchaser
I purchased the 4 foot folding table to use at work events. The table is light weight to carry and transport. It is easy to set up and is level. It does not bow up like some split fold tables will do. Good quality at a good price.

Beware Online or Mobile Order

Unhappy Customer - 28 days ago
Mobile ordered and picked up today. Table is used with liquid stains and gashes in it. Now I need to go back and return it. This is the 2nd time they have done this. The other time was a Christmas Tree. My educated guess is that they use customer returns before they pull from their new stock on Mobile and online orders.

We love that this is super portable and easy to transport. We take it with us to events and also use it for a pop up desk sometimes. Would definitely recommend. Currently using it as a temporary desk until we get a new one and it’s nice that the height is adjustable

Good sized folding table, but weird smell

3 out of 5 stars
haili - 1 month ago, Verified purchaser
Opened this and it was like it was already used a lot of imperfections on the table and had a strong chemical smell when opened. This could be a one-off thing if it was already opened and returned. Other than that it was a good size and a little less weight than most folding tables and had a nice handle. Had to return due to the chemical smell of this table/product. Value was good.

Not lightweight, no easy way to extend the height

It's impossible to extend the height. Not in a safe way. It's very sturdy, but not really safe to handle day in, day out. There is a handle, but the table is heavy.

Absolutely love this table! It's light weight, compact, and durable. It fits about four people comfortably at the table. This table is great for small gatherings and so compact that it's easy to store!

Strong enough odor!! The table seems fairly high quality in design. I left it outside to try and give it fresh air out of the plastic wrap. It’s been several days and it still has such a strong odor. I’m going to give it a full week before I return it.

Bought the off-white 6 ft folding table 3 months ago, unpacked it, and put it in a spare bedroom closet. It gives off a strong urine smell, so much so that I put it in the garage and now the smell there is the same. I'm past the Target return window and am so disappointed with this product I wouldn't even consider donating or giving it to someone. It's going with the next garbage pickup. I think the smell is chemically related and likely toxic. Definitely recommend not buying this product.

Easy to Move and Store and Clean Up After Use

M4F2K4 - 4 months ago, Verified purchaser
This folding 4 foot table is great and sturdy and can handle up to 300 pounds on it. It is easy to fold out and use and also to move from one place in the home to the other place and makes cleaning the floor very easy regarless if the floor is carpet or other. Even if steam cleaning the room that has carpet you can fold up the table and store it or just pick it up and set it down to clean around it or under it and it is designed to not leave a stain when set onto wet carpet still drying. The metal legs are covered with a plastic cover where it sets on the floor, making it safe for damp or wet carpet use.

It's not bad. It wasn't hard at all to open on my own. It's not as wide as I'd like but it's good for what it is. I'd really sit 4 adults here. 6 is pushing it a bit. I do like the fact that you can adjust the heights.

Worst table on earth.

1 out of 5 stars
Thumbs down graphic, would not recommend
Gottajibboo - 7 months ago, Verified purchaser
I am quite sure that this is legit the worst pop up table that exists on earth. It's incredibly difficult to open- especially with only one person. I find myself having to play a game of twister with myself while trying to open the legs- desperately trying to hold one button in with a knee or a foot while pushing with all my might on the other button to release the mechanism that will open a leg. It hurts and pinches your fingers because the buttons are so difficult to push in. Absolutely awful. I use this thing for markets and the constant struggles to open it take up precious set up time. Of course- no frustration and pain is spared while collapsing the table either. DON'T BUY- unless you like pain- then by all means, have at it!

This table is the perfect size and the adjustable height is nice. Our only issue is that one person couldn’t set it up alone.. we needed two sets of hands to push the prongs in while someone pulled the legs out. Maybe it would get easier in time, but it was difficult for the first set up. Otherwise it seems sturdy and folds up small!
