A: I would look up the model number online & call the company. You can also search for the instruction booklet of anything and read the pdf booklet to see what it says in the actual instructions.

I think it looks great and does what I need it to do! I knew the height when I bought it, but I think it would have been even better for my purposes if it was a couple of inches taller. Had some difficulty fully screwing in the screws on one side of the top but it’s possible that was user error. Otherwise, instructions were clear and reasonable, and provided everything necessary to assemble without additional tools. Fits 9 pairs of shoes for me. I bought it on sale and would buy on sale again, but unsure if I’d go with this option if it was full price. All in all, happy with my purchase and looking forward to using it; looks great in my space!

Just what I was looking for! I wear a size 11 in women's and it holds at least 9 pairs and I'm sure you could fit more if you stack them on top of each other (like slides, slippers etc). I think it's a bit over priced at $50 but it was extremely easy to put together and it's pretty sturdy from what Ive gathered. The top shelf is nice for keeping my dogs basket full of stuff and random things that I take on the way out. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase and would recommend it.
