Q: I have found what I think is the battery conpartment but don't see how to open it. Also, I don't see an on-off switch. How to pictures would be handy.
A: Hello - Thank you for asking! This spooky Skeleton's on/off switch is at the back of the head. There is an opening at the back of the hood with a Velcro closure. Open the Velcro closure and you will see the battery compartment and on/off switch.

Q: is there a way to make the skeleton more sensitive to sound? It seems to take a very loud noise to activate it.

Q: How do you get this ghoul to react without touching it? I know where the batteries go & where the on/off switch is, but isn't it suppose to start making noise without being touched?
