I did a Target pick up order & didn’t realize this garbage can was trashed (no pun intended). For being $50 I was HIGHLY disappointed when I got home and the metal can was covered in scratches and red marks (not sure what what’s from) As someone who shops at target more than I’d like to admit, the quality really missed here. Especially when you trust someone else to pick out your item. That’s my own fault.

Very happy with it. It’s the first thing you see when you walk in my house and now I actually get compliments on my TRASH CAN! It’s not insanely luxurious, like you can see the coating layer a bit inside the lid, but we’ve had it for probably almost a year and IT HOLDS UP! Zero complaints.

Good quality and it’s a nice size

Looks nice. But food may get trapped in small spaces. Hard to clean even with lid disassembled.

I've had two of these. They last 6-12 months. While functional, they're great. But when the lid mechanism breaks, they're useless. I thought the first one was a fluke. Fool me once.

Our dog had been getting into our trash can for so long, and we got fed up with it. We knew we needed a step trash can to keep the dog out, and had planned on spending the money on a SimpleHuman trash can. We found this one for half the price, and decided to give it a try- I am so happy we did. It was about 50% cheaper, and we have only had it for a few weeks, so I cannot say how long it will last, but so far so good. The trash can is lightweight, the step plate is very sturdy but easy to press down on, and the lid is slow-close. Some of the step trash cans are flimsy, and tip over when to step on the plate to open it- not an issue with this one at all. Would 100% purchase again! (:

I had an old plastic trashcan with no lid for years. I love this trashcan! It has a nice sleek look. There is an inner insert where you put the bag that comes out for cleaning. This was a great purchase!

First one that got delivered was dented, second one was nice but it wobbles.

stop trying to give customers dented trash cans! shame on you target, anything damaged should not be given to drive up customers! now i have to turn around and try to return this!defeats the whole purpose of drive up and leave.

Perfect size and shape

Great price compared to similar garbage cans that cost more than double the price. Works great!

Love the look and the quality of the can. I read that some people had issues with getting the bag in but I was able to fit a standard 13gallon trash bag in mine no issues.
