Looks beautiful and is such good quality. It arrived wrapped in plastic so there was no damage to it. Color is a bit lighter in person.

I wish I could have confirmed my hunch that this would have been a beautiful rug. However, the packaging arrived severely compromised and areas where the rug was exposed. Additionally the packaging had been pulled and dragged through the oils and soot while in transit and there were oil marks on the exposed pieces. It’s a shame this rug was so poorly packaged - I have not experienced that issue with other rugs I have ordered.

This rug (all jute rugs apparently) stain when any liquid touches it and cleaning it makes the stain worse. Water absorbs into the rug and seemingly bleaches it as you can see from my picture. The rug is also not soft at all, I have no idea what the reviews who say it is soft are talking about. I regret purchasing and am on the hunt for a new rug already.

I purchased this 5x7 area rug for our beach home, which is a very busy vacation rental. 3 weeks after buying it, a guest accidentally spilled a full cup of coffee on it. I had the rug professionally cleaned and the stain did not fully come out. My carpet cleaner came out a 2nd time to treat the stain with a professional hydrogen peroxide solution, and the stained area discolored more. After only 3 weeks of use, I had to replace the rug. If you plan to use this rug in an area where it won't get much wear, then it's very pretty and I'd recommend it. But if you plan to have it in a high traffic area where it may get spilled on or stained, then I can't recommend it. It is definitely not stain resistant and did not fare well with a professional cleaning. Extremely disappointing!

This rug is really cute. No issues with shipping damage. However the rug has a very strong chemical smell, after a month I can still smell it

Horrible rug- we slipped and fell even with a pad.

I ordered the runner and the 5x7. Runner was deliver to the wrong location for one and rerouted to the correct location. Eventually received it. The large rug never arrived. I kept checking the tracking number and it was never shipped it just said the label was created. I'm so disappointed as I bought the large rug on sale and to match with the runner. Very unhappy!

Rug is beautiful. Came damaged after waiting for it to arrive. Unhappy with the customer service received. Returning and will be ordering something that can arrive in a timely manner from elsewhere

I LOVE this rug! Beautiful color & very thick & the texture is soft considering it’s a jute rug. Personally, I didn’t experience any issues with the shipping & there was no holes in the packaging. However, I do believe it should be better protected to alleviate shipping issues that seem to be quite common with this item based on other reviews. Overall, I would recommend this rug to anyone!

This rug exceeded my expectations. It has cotton backing the weave is tight with no flaws, only natural minor "imperfections" that enhance the natural look. It is comfortable under foot unlike some rough jute rugs. The size option is exactly what we needed in our space which is not offered often, 7'x9'. Also, it was truly a neutral color, as i was worried it would appear yellowish. It is perfect and ties into our washed hardwood floors along with our 30 year old pickled oak dining table! I'm loving it! Ps. I purchased 4 other rugs from online rug sites, and sent them all back. Target is great! This can be returned IN store if we needed to!p

It's a nice rug but the texture is rough. Packing needs some serious help. It's has a thin layer of plastic that obviously got torn and now there are black patches all on the carpet. I have no idea if I'll be able to take them off. I called for a discount and they gave me 15% back. Honestly I would take it back because I know those black spots will look bad but it's way too heavy to carry and too big to transport. Keep this in mind.

Very pleased. Looks expensive! This is a great quality rug for a great price. I love the backing so it does not slip. It is heavy and lays flat. The other reviews had me concerned it would arrive damaged, but mine did not.

Wow, what a gorgeous, quality rug. It rolled flat as soon as I opened it, and I think it’s due to the backing fabric which you typically see on high end rugs. The pattern is simple and the color is just perfect. This photo is right after I rolled it and put my table back so you can see there is no lifting. I did use a rug pad since it will extend the life of the rug, but I can see this lasting many years. I love how this feels under my feet as well. All around perfect pick! I hope they come out with more quality rugs like this.

So the reviews are true…shipping on this item needs to improve. The rug is not prewrapped prior to shipping. So the package it arrives in is torn, and the rug has no protection. When I enrolled the rug, it had black marks and some yellowish green stain. I am trying to remove them with spot cleaner, but I have not been very successful. I am concerned that I might receive a rug in a much worse condition if I return it. The rug itself is nice and heavy and looks good in my space. I am on the fence about whether or not I will keep this. I recommend the rug but target needs to do better on shipping.

Fantastic warm color with white/cream detailing. Seems quality made, I like that it has a back lining. Heavy weight. Not very soft, but I wasn't expecting it to be because of it's material.

Nice rug but like other reviewers mentioned the shipping company delivered the rug with the packaging damaged so there were multiple stains on the rug. Very disappointing bc the rug is large and difficult to bring into the store to return

This rug packs a lot of punch for its price point. It’s beautiful! I placed a rug pad (purchased from Amazon) for underneath. This combo has truly elevated the presence. The rug stays put. I did layer a cowhide rug (CB2) over it. I’m in love with the look. Happy to have made this visualization happen at an affordable price.
