I receive these as a Christmas present from my best friend who is a social worker. They are absolutely perfect for those who do not like sentimental humorless affirmations. Not only do they lift you up but they also make you laugh. I would highly recommend to anyone especially us skeptical quirky people. I highly recommend reading the directional card.

Ordered this as part of a Christmas gift for my mother. She seemed very happy to recieve it, which was the most important thing. It seems to be what it says on the tin, self help without coming off as preachy. I think I'd recommend if you're looking for a fun, casual approach to self care. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the product actually didn't come the first time I ordered it, and I had to send in a complaint about it, but I was sent a replacement at no additional cost.
