Got this for Christmas and I loved it. However only after two uses and there is two different areas that are chipped. I’m super careful hand washing it and I’m not really sure what the issue is. Unfortunately this was a gift and at this point after having it for two months I cannot return it. I would not recommend it.
I wonder why other people are having problems with their products chipping? Seems like maybe they’re more recent reviews, so I’m thinking perhaps some type of coating or finish has changed? I’d contact the manufacturer, or see if Target will let you return/exchange!
My husband and I have had ours about five years and absolutely LOVE it. The cost is unbeatable, and like someone else mentioned, especially if you aren’t certain as to whether you’ll use it regularly or not. We do! It’s so easy to clean, distributes heat and cooks food/diced veggies evenly, and is a beautiful color and finish.
I actually just noticed they make a 3.5qt size, that I might have to snag myself for Valentines Day :P
Threshold FTW, again.
Used this infrequently and was nice at holding heat, the nonstick enameled surface was a little hard to maintain but worked pretty well until I noticed a huge chip in the bottom of the enamel on the interior of the pot. Now it's unusable, disappointed. Received this as a gift so not sure I can replace.
This pot is beautiful but hasn’t held up well :( it started crackling right away. I exchanged it but the second one did the same, and began losing chips out of the bottom. I’ve taken very good care of it, yet it’s chipping. I can still use it to bake no knead bread on parchment but that’s it. Disappointed!!
