This planter is a fair price and it is a cute design. The design is a hedgehog and has a clay looking finish to it. I think other people like this and find many different plants that look great in it. There is a draining hole at the bottom, which is Needed. This could be used indoors or outdoors. It is on the smaller side, so I think indoors might be better. I might set it up on a ledge and put a plant in it. I received an incentive to write this review. This adorable hedgehog planter is perfect for putting a small plant or flower into. It has a hole at the bottom for excess water to drop out. It is pretty small in size as shown in the photo next to my hand. It is a terracotta planter and I love the simple, cute design of it. It is very lightweight and is intended to be an outdoor planter. I feel like “6 inches” is a bit deceptive. It is a small oval opening. It’s cute and I like that you can open or plug the bottom. Large enough for a cute succulent.

This little terracotta hedgehog planter is so darn cute! I can picture it with an array of real or fake flowers and it would be beautiful placed indoors on an end table or outdoors on a cute little front stoop. It won't hold a lot of flowers and is small so they'd have to be cut short into more of a bushel but adorable none the less. Cute terracotta hedgehog planter is cute. Haven’t transferred plant yet. My only complain is that the terracotta is very thin. My concern is that using outside may not work, especially on windy days. Might have to place pebbles in bottom before adding soil to add weight to planter. May work better indoors.

It is very small, so pay attention to the opening size. It’s about two to three inches wide. It would be hard to have this planter stand alone. You would need to add more plants around it.
