An interior cylinder of basket-like woven straw encases the single bulb, which is suspended from a U-shaped stand with angled feet. Love this lamp, the look for the price is great. However, after two years of enjoying I went to turn it on and the cord exploded and caught on fire in front of my eyes. This could have ended really bad.

Worst lamp ever seen! I spent so much money on it, the top where the bulb gets fit was broken. And I couldn't even make the lamp as the rod was broken from the bottom. Didn't even make sense.

I’ve gotten compliments from everyone who’s come over but it does lean to one side. We kept having to adjust it but for $100, I would like a lamp that doesn’t obviously lean. Definitely not a long lasting lamp, just for looks

I really wanted to like this lamp, but it doesn’t stand up straight. The hardware used to screw the pole together is not thick enough to support the entire lamp pole, so it leans to the side quite a bit. I also feel that the lamp shade is darker than what is shown online. This is definitely not worth $100 + tax. I will be returning this.

I love this lamp, but I received it broken in 2 places. The bottom part just keeps twisting and not tightening, so it’s loose at the very base of the lamp and the metal piece that twists the two black pieces of the pole was crooked and will not sit flat or tighten any more than this. Last time I checked a lamp is not supposed to lean and fall over if you look at it wrong... I really wanted to love this lamp, but I’m very disappointed in the quality control. I asked for a replacement—disappointed I have to wait once again for it to arrive.... come on target you’re better than that.
