A: Although it says 38" across, its closer to 34" across on my tree. Stand is 22" wide.

A: The photo is misleading and shows a slim but full tree. The tree is very sparse and the trunk is very visible with lots of space between branches.

This tree was great for the first year we used it, but this year, 2 large sections of the lights went out and we can not seem to fix it. We tried ensuring all bulbs were correctly seated and looked for missing bulbs but to no avail. This was fairly expensive for a single use. Appears there is no warranty and neither Target nor manufacturer stand behind this product.

Such a beautiful tree but the lights won’t stay lit. We’ve replaced more than half the bulbs and the fuses as needed but they continue to go out a few days after replacing them. I attached a picture from this morning after just replacing bulbs on multiple of the bottom branches 2 days ago.

I purchased this item in store. I have been trying to figure it out all weekend, but it seems to not have working lights or a base. I thought I could be crafty and use an outdoor umbrella base while I amazon shipped a new stand but even that solution doesn't even matter. The lights won't work, no matter what way I plug them in. I'm so disappointed. I can't return it for a few days, and I don't even know where the receipt was put so that will be a whole ordeal. First Christmas without a tree. I am so frustrated and disappointed.

Xmas tree arrived on time, I started assembled and right before I started spreading the branches out so it can look fuller and prettier I tested the lights and for my surprise only the bottom section turn on, I double check everything was plug in correctly. Unfortunately, I had no other choice but to return it.

This is our 3rd year with this tree and almost all the lights have burnt out. Not one in a strand. They all blew out. Black residue is on the inside of all the bulbs.

I like that this tree looks tall and slim, perfect for a corner. The one at the store looked as if it didn’t have enough branches, but it’s all about how you open and spread them apart. Also, looks great with fewer ornaments than most big trees.

There seem to be two versions of this tree. The product photos and the ones people have posted are beautiful trees. Definitely not the same thing I received. I thought I was getting a great deal on the flash sale, I have fluffed and re-fluffed and there are still massive holes. It looks like the tree in the video has approximately 2x more tips to shape and place than mine. The top section is full and beautiful like the entire tree in the product photos. But the bottom and middle sections ruin it. I noticed I have a full year to return so mine is definitely going back.
