It looks great! After searching for the perfect heavy duty base to keep it from blowing away, we set it up only to find out that the two piece stem might disengage in the middle in a breeze if umbrella is open. The screw threads that tighten have no source of gripping the shaft. The knob tightens on itself. Is it missing a piece inside? Can someone please provide us with a customer service representative that’s willing to help us out?

This umbrella arrived today. I loved it! It was perfect until I put it up and realized it had no crank. I couldn’t reach the release part to close the umbrella and if I put it in my table as planned, I’d have to crawl on the table to push it up and down. So disappointed…. It’s really cute if you never want to close it. Sad face
